Vinka is a brand that has been at the forefront of New Zealand bridal design for over 50 years; initially under the directorship of its founder Vinka Lucas, and now by her daughter Anita Turner-Williams. The focus has always been on creating beautiful gowns with beautiful fabrics for beautiful women. “The gowns must perform for the brides, flatter and enhance, with fabrics that move with the body, and create a stunning effect, while also reflecting the bride’s personality and style,” Anita says. ‘We pride ourselves in being able to offer a personal service with all our gowns being New Zealand made”, says Anita.
